Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.  
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions for returns
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.  
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.  
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.  

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.  

Exchanges:
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
